Το κτήμα Λιάκος, σε μια έκταση 10 στρεμμάτων, ανάμεσα σε πλούσιους μεσογειακούς αμπελώνες, ψηλά κυπαρίσσια και ελιές προσφέρει έναν χώρο αρμονίας και υψηλής αισθητικής που φιλοξενεί κοινωνικές και εταιρικές εκδηλώσεις.
Με θέα το πράσινο, μια αύρα φρέσκου αέρα και ταβάνι τα αστέρια τίποτα δεν είναι ανέφικτο.

Λίγα λόγια για εμάς…
Η Μαρία και ο Γιώργος αγόρασαν το κτήμα το 1993. Ήταν τότε ένα άδειο χωράφι με λίγα αμπέλια, και το μόνο που ονειρεύονταν ήταν να χτίσουν ένα σπίτι με έναν όμορφο κήπο.
Η Μαρία λάτρευε τα ταξίδια και μαζί με τον Γιώργο εξερευνούσαν τον κόσμο. Ιδιαίτερα αγάπησαν την Ιταλία: τους αμπελώνες, τα μεγάλα κτήματα και τη φροντίδα των ανθρώπων για τη γη τους. Έτσι, ο Γιώργος αποφάσισε να δημιουργήσει τη δική του "μικρή Ιταλία" στα Σπάτα.
Ένα καλοκαίρι, σε μια φιλική συγκέντρωση στο κτήμα, κάποιος ζήτησε να κάνει εκεί το γαμήλιο πάρτι του. Δεν υπήρχε τότε η έννοια της δεξίωσης σε κτήμα, αλλά ο Γιώργος χάρηκε που μπορούσε να μοιραστεί αυτό που δημιούργησε.
Σήμερα, 23 χρόνια μετά, η παράδοση συνεχίζεται. Κάθε καλοκαίρι, ανοίγουμε το κτήμα μας για να γιορτάσουμε μαζί σας τις πιο ξεχωριστές στιγμές σας.

A few words about us…
Maria and George bought the estate in 1993. Back then, it was just an empty field with a few scattered vines. They simply dreamed of building a home with a beautiful garden.
Maria loved to travel. Whenever she could, she’d set off to explore the world—with George joining whenever work allowed. Over time, they grew especially fond of Italy: its endless vineyards, open estates, and the way people cared for the land. Inspired, George began creating his own little Italy—right here in Spata.
One summer, during a gathering at the estate, a friend asked if he could host his wedding party there. Though the idea of an event venue was unheard of at the time, George was delighted to share what he had created and said yes without hesitation.
23 years later, that first celebration has grown into a tradition. Every summer, we welcome people to mark their most meaningful moments at our estate—where it all began, with a simple dream.
